Kand Real Estate Law firm did an outstanding job handling our home closing. They reviewed every document carefully, coordinated smoothly with all parties involved, and ensured that everything stayed on track. Their communication was excellent, and they made sure we felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. We’re very grateful for their help!

Mark and his team were excellent in representing our interest for our real estate transactions.
Mark was always responsive and made himself available every time we had a question, no matter how small the question or issue. Diyana was on point with all the paperwork and extremely responsive, helping us along the way and answering any question as well.
Highly recommend Mark and his team, would use them over and over again for any future real estate transactions.

This is our second time using Kandkhorov and Associates PLLC. This time we were selling our co-op. Working with Mark and Diyana is such a pleasure. They are super responsive and available for any questions or concerns. They take any stress out of the whole process. We highly recommend their firm and will pass their name on to friends and family.
